Differential Balancing Machine

Differential balancers typically require two plane balancing and are therefore based on a either a Vertical Rotating Balancer or the Horizontal Cradle Balancer. Vertical Rotating Balancer (HVR)

Shown is a standard Hines differential balancer is a single station, semi-automatic, balancing machine configured and tooled for balancing differentials. Many other balancing equipment options are also available such as robotic equipment and conveyor systems.

HVRSA differential

  • Transfer: Manual load and unload of workpiece
  • Correction: Vertical or horizontal drill with automatic drill return
  • Automatic guard door. (open and close)
