The hub balancing machine is based on the vertical rotating balancer, a dynamic balancing machine that can be used for both single and two plane balancing. The vertical configuration is suited for quick top loading of hubs. The hard bearing suspension makes balancing fast and easy with superior separation of pure force and couple unbalance.
The photos show a semi-automatic balancer with 2 axis drill correction for production level balancing of hubs and a HVR 50 fully automated 3 station balancing machine. This machine allows on machine correction that is interlocked with the balancing process. The balancing machine dynamically measures and automatically corrects by either drilling, punching, welding, or piercing the part. Many other balancing equipment options are also available such as robotic equipment and conveyor systems.
