The Hines HVS-5000 is a single station, non-rotating static balancing machine configured and tooled for balancing refinery plates.

- Single Plane, 5000 lb. capacity, hard suspension balancing
- Suspension Type: Vertical still pivot, non rotating
- Manual load/unload
- Correction: manual, by adding weights
- Lazy Susan turn table for turning part for easy correction
This machine is just one example of the many configurations and weight ranges available. Fully automatic configurations of this machine are available with the addition of robotic equipment and conveyor system options.
