The transmission component balancing machine is based on the vertical rotating balancer, a dynamic balancing machine that be used for both single and two plane balancing. The vertical configuration is suited for quick top loading of transmission components. The hard bearing suspension makes balancing fast and easy with superior separation of pure force and couple unbalance.
The first photo shows a semi-automatic balancer with 2 axis drill correction for production level balancing of transmission components. This machine allows on machine correction that is interlocked with the balancing process. The balancing machine dynamically measures and automatically corrects by drilling, punching, welding, or piercing the part (see Balancing Correction Types. Fully automatic configurations of this machine are available with the addition of robotic equipment and conveyor system options.
